Pace activities

Pace activities are the initial activity of the Brain Gymu ®, which optimally prepare our minds and whole body in learning. Performed by daily or prior to major mental effort.

     By drinking water increase the electrical potential of cell membranes. Water is important for the functioning of neural connections and hydration of the body.
     The massage relaxes the brain buttons to impede movement eye, so relax tense back muscles in the visible region of the brain.
     Using a cross-motion activates the left and right brain and the entire body.
     The loops are establishing a new equilibrium of the body from stress.
